General Refund and Cancellation Policy
100% Refund within the First 3 Days: The Client is entitled to a full refund of the fees paid to BNB Leverage if a cancellation request is made within three (3) days from the date of execution of the contract.
75% Refund within 4 to 7 Days or Until Onboarding Call Completion: In the event of a cancellation request made after the initial three (3) days but before seven (7) days from the date of contract execution, or until the completion of the Client’s onboarding call, whichever occurs first, the Client shall be eligible for a 75% refund of the fees paid.
50% Refund within 8 to 21 Days or Until Presentation of 2 Property Options: If the Client submits a cancellation request after seven (7) days but before twenty-one (21) days from the date of contract execution, or until two (2) property options have been presented, whichever comes first, the Client shall be entitled to a 50% refund of the fees paid.
25% Refund within 22 to 30 Days: In case of a cancellation request made after twenty-one (21) days but before thirty (30) days from the date of contract execution, or until two (2) property options have been presented, whichever comes first, the Client shall be entitled to a 25% refund of the fees paid.
No Refunds After 30 Days or Presentation of 2 Property Options: After thirty (30) days from the date of contract execution and the presentation of two (2) property options to the Client, no refunds shall be issued. BNB Leverage will continue to provide services and present property options until the Client accepts a property or until communication between the Client ceases for 90 days.
Multiple Property Purchases
Discounted Rate for Multiple Property Purchases: In the event that the Client purchases multiple properties from BNB Leverage concurrently, such purchases shall be subject to the same refund policy as outlined in Section 1 above. The discounted rate applied to the initial property purchase shall also apply to subsequent property purchases made within the same transaction. Cancellation and refund eligibility for each property shall be determined based on the terms specified in Section 1, and the refunds shall be processed accordingly.
Refund Ineligibility for Pauses or Unresponsiveness exceeding 90 Days
Design Refund Policy
Client is eligible for a 100% refund if they request a refund within 24 hours of signing up for design services, which is indicated by the fee payment for design services. If Client completes the onboarding call, they are eligible for a 75% refund of the total service fee. The refund request must be made in writing within 1 day of the onboarding call.
After the onboarding call is successfully completed and within 2-7 days of the call, Client is eligible for a 50% refund of the total service fee. This refund request must be submitted in writing within one week of the onboarding call date and before any travel-related expenses have been incurred. Any refund requests made more than 7 days after the onboarding call date or after a flight has been purchased will not be eligible for a refund.
Due to the nature of scheduling and dates assigned to client, if client does not conduct an onboarding call and requests a refund after 21 days from initial payment date, client is subject to only 25% refund.
