Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy for Acquisition Service & Program

100% Refund Within the First 3 Days. The Client is eligible for a full refund of the fees paid to BNB Leverage if a request for refund is made in writing to BnB Leverage (a “Refund Request”) within three (3) days from the date of execution of the contract.

75% Refund Within 4 to 7 Days. If a Refund Request is made within 4 to 7 days from the date of the executed contract or until the completion of the Client’s onboarding call, whichever occurs first, the Client shall be eligible for a 75% refund of the fees paid.

50% Refund Within 8 to 21 Days. If the Client submits a Refund Request 8 to 21 days from the date of contract execution or until two (2) property options have been presented, whichever comes first, the Client shall be entitled to a 50% refund of the fees paid.

25% Refund within 22 to 30 Days. If the Client submits a Refund Request 22 to 30 days from the date of contract execution or until two (2) property options have been presented, whichever comes first, the Client shall be entitled to a 25% refund of the fees paid.

10% Refunds within 31 to 45 Days. If the Client submits a Refund Request 31 to 45 days from the date of contract execution or until two (2) property options have been presented, whichever comes first, the Client shall be entitled to a 10% refund of the fees paid.

No Refunds Past 45 Days. No refunds shall be issued after forty-five (45) days from the date of contract execution. BNB Leverage will continue to provide services and present property options until the Client accepts a property or until communication between the Client ceases for 30 days.

Refund Ineligibility for Pauses or Unresponsiveness

A Client shall be deemed ineligible for any refund of fees paid if they become unresponsive or place the services provided by BNB Leverage on pause for a period exceeding thirty (30) consecutive days. During this period, BNB Leverage reserves the right to cease the provision of services without liability. However, upon the Client’s reactivation of services or re-engagement with BNB Leverage, services may resume with written confirmation that the Client is prepared to continue, subject to the discretion of BNB Leverage.

Multiple Properties Signed

Refund requests for multiple properties will be evaluated collectively as a single package and subject to the same refund policy applicable to individual properties.

Design Services Cancellation Policy

At BNB Leverage, our design services require significant planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. To protect the time and commitment of our designers, the following cancellation policy applies:

Within 24 Hours of Purchase
– Clients are eligible for a 100% refund of the fees paid for design services if a written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

From 24 Hours to 5 Days After Purchase or to Onboarding Call (Whichever Comes First)
– Due to the scheduling and reservation of designer availability, a cancellation fee of $5,000 will apply.

After 5 Days or Completion of the Onboarding Call with the Head of Design (Whichever Comes First)
– If a refund request is made more than 5 days after purchase or after the onboarding call, the cancellation fee increases to $8,000 to account for the time allotted, research and preparation work already invested in the project.

More Than 3 Days After the Onboarding Call or 7 days After Purchase (Whichever is First)
– If a cancellation request is made 3 or more days after the onboarding call or one week after purchase, the client is eligible for up to 50% of the total amount paid, as a spot was allocated within the design timeline, and substantial planning and execution of work will have been initiated.

Once the Designer is On-Site
– Once the assigned designer has arrived on-site for the project, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as the service is actively being executed.

Scheduling & Delay Policy

During the onboarding call, a tentative design start date will be scheduled based on the lease start date and designer availability.
The client has a 30-day grace period from this tentative start date to finalize scheduling without penalty.
If the client delays the start of the design process beyond 30 days from the tentative date, a monthly holding fee of $2,000 will be charged until the design process begins.
This fee accounts for the scheduling impact, reassignment of design resources, and increased logistical costs associated with delays.

Additional Considerations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Facebook Messenger or email.
If a designer’s travel has been booked before a cancellation request, any incurred travel expenses will be deducted.
No exceptions will be made outside of this policy due to the limited availability of our designers and the nature of the scheduling process.

By purchasing BNB Leverage design services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
